Here’s a little micro app I put together as part of my latest vibe coding experiment—it’s designed to help you learn the box breathing technique. If you’re not familiar, box breathing is a simple, powerful method used by Navy SEALs to relax quickly and fall asleep fast. There’s actually some solid science backing its effectiveness!

I integrated the ElevenLabs voice API to handle the audio instructions. Sound editing turned out to be trickier than expected, even with AI-generated audio. While there’s definitely room to grow and refine, I’m pretty happy with this starting point.
